Return Policy

All items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of proof of delivery. All items returned must be in their original packaging and unused. Any product returned that is not in the original packaging or has been used will not be eligible for a refund.

Items can ONLY be returned with an approved RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Once the RGA Number has been emailed, you will have 10 days to ship the item back to us. The RGA number must be referenced on the outside of the box and on the inside with the goods being returned. If we receive a return that was shipped outside of the 10-day period or that does not include the RGA number on the outside of the box, then your package may be denied delivery and you will not receive a refund for the product.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We suggest all returns are sent by a carrier that provides a tracking service such as the USPS, FedEx or UPS. Refunds will be issued for the cost of product only - the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of being received at Force Tools, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. Refunds are only credited to the original credit card used for the original purchase. No refunds will be issued to a different credit card, by check or by cash. 

To request an RGA, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on Order Status (or click HERE), then View Order Details
  3. Click the ‘Return Items’ link located on the right side of the page
  4. Fill out the form and submit
  5. Wait for your RGA instruction email.
  6. Print out the RGA document and follow the instructions to return your item(s)
